Purchasing from our website
We accept most credit and debit cards.
Order from customers will always require payment before dispatch.
We do not operate on a live system but we will ensure that our website is up to date at all times. If you buy a product and it has gone out of stock we will contact you in the first instance and the payment will not be processed. If the payment has been processed we will issue a credit back to your card.

Shipping And Handling
Shipping costs are:

£3.99 for a 3 to 5 day service via Hermes or Royal Mail
£6.50 – 1 to 2 day delivery via Courier.

We only ship orders to the United Kingdom mainland.
We generally use Parcelforce 24 hour service if an order contains litre pots of paint.
We will aim to despatch any orders received before 12.30pm.

We cannot guarantee next day delivery and cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred once the parcel has left our premises. Some postcodes within the UK will incur a surcharge, these include postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA 60-78, PH, ZE plus BT, IM, TR21-25

Returns Policy
To return an item for a refund, we must be notified within 7 working days of receipt. The items must be returned in the same condition as when they left us, and buyers are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). We will refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
